This immersive experience offers two distinct tracks designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career launch.
Option 1: Job Search Mastery
Gain proficiency in essential career skills, including job search strategies, effective networking, and mastering mock interviews. Investment: $3,500
Option 2: AI Research + Career Development
Combine hands-on AI research with comprehensive career training. This track offers a deep dive into AI projects while simultaneously sharpening your job search and professional development skills. Investment: $5,000
By the end of this program, you will be well-prepared to secure your dream internship or job. You’ll also have a clear vision of your career path, with the confidence and tools to set and achieve meaningful goals.

Duration: 12 weeks, available in Spring, Summer, or Fall
Weekly Sessions: Live, instructor-led discussions held once a week

Our Accelerated Career Launch Training Program is unique thanks to our founders Lucy Chen, Angelina Yang, and Beimin Ni, who bring decades of tech industry experience to the table. Unlike any other program on the market, we offer direct training from hiring managers and tailored assistance in resume and cover letter crafting, networking skills, practical skill development, and designing a successful college life and career path.

AI research projects: Participants can list these as working experience on their resume.
Job Referral Assistance: We provide referrals for jobs in the competitive tech market.
Networking Opportunities: Participants have the chance to meet with tech executives during Phase 2.
Guidance and Support: We offer continuous support throughout the 3-month program, including assistance during the period when major companies post openings for the following Summer.

2. How many hours a week are needed to participate?
Hours vary slightly, but attendance to the weekly hour long meetup on Zoom is required. If participants miss a meeting, each meeting will be recorded and available afterwards.
We estimate participants will spend about 5-20 hours a week on the program designing and working on projects. This estimate may change, depending on participants' travel or work hours. We hope to see participants bringing back job openings and searching for jobs so the three founders can assist on resume and interview questions.
3. Are there any requirements needed to participate?
College and graduate students, as well as high school seniors, are encouraged to apply. We welcome applicants from all majors who are eager to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
4. Will there be an interview process?
Yes, interviews will be conducted for enrollment assessment.
5. Will this program offer college credit?
This program does not currently offer college credit, but we hope it may be considered for inclusion as a required college course in the future. Upon completion, participants will be able to list this training program as an internship on their resume.
7. I'll be busy during the summer. How can I attend the program from Sep-Nov?
If you’re going to be busy during the summer, you can attend the program in Spring or Fall.

If you’re traveling during the summer, you can still participate in the program! Our weekly meetups will be instructor-led discussions held over Zoom, making this training program accessible online even if you are traveling during the program.
